International Wires

Transfer money to banks and financial institutions with the convenience of sending funds in select foreign currencies. Using your mobile device, you can set up wire instructions and send funds with a guaranteed, up-front exchange rate.1,2,3

  1. Go to Transfer & Pay

    Tap "Transfer & Pay" on the bottom navigation bar, then tap "Transfers".

  2. Select or create an International Wire recipient

    Select an existing Int'l Wire recipient or tap "+ Add" to create a new recipient.

  3. Provide transfer details

    Enter the transfer amount in USD or foreign currency (if available) and confirm the destination currency. Then select your send "From" account and tap Continue.

    Note: If the receiving bank is in a country where we support both local currency and USD delivery, you'll see both options. Otherwise, only USD will be displayed.


    For local currency delivery, a real-time foreign exchange rate will be provided.

  4. Submit

    Confirm the send amount and delivery details, then tap Next and Swipe to initiate your transfer.



    You'll receive an initial email with important details about your wire transfer request. We'll also notify you when it has been sent.

  1. Go to Transfer & Pay

    Tap "Transfer & Pay" on the bottom navigation bar, then tap "Transfers".

  2. Select or create an International Wire recipient

    Select an existing Int'l Wire recipient or tap "+ Add" to create a new recipient.

  3. Provide transfer details

    Enter the transfer amount in USD, then select your send "From" account and tap Continue.

  4. Submit

    Confirm the send amount and delivery details, then tap Next and Swipe to initiate your transfer.



    You'll receive an initial email with important details about your wire transfer request. We'll also notify you when it has been sent.

Local currency delivery offered for select countries only.  Foreign exchange rates are determined by us at our sole discretion, and may change at any time.  By using our service, you agree to and accept the foreign exchange rate (FX Rate) provided by us at the time you successfully submit the transfer request. 

East West Bank does not charge for Mobile Banking. However, your mobile service provider may charge for sending and receiving text messages on your phone. Check with your service provider for details on specific fees and data charges that may apply.
